Keeping the Body Moving! As a busy litigator with complex cases, I spend long hours hunched over my desk. As a 50+ age group defending national champion track bike racer, I need lots of training including regular high intensity workouts. As a husband and father of three great kids, I lack the necessary time to decompress from work and training and always feel like I push things to and beyond the edge. Sports Injury treatment with Dr. Seth Hosmer has helped me recover from injury and perform at my best, and Yoga with Uma helps keep me rolling smooth in my endeavors! – Joe F. Portland, OR

TRIED and TRUE Seth Hosmer has been an invaluable Coach and mentor to be since December 2003. His style and approach to the sport of Triathlon mesh perfectly with my attitude and goals. There is a silent confidence about Seth that translates into the same belief in yourself. His expert cycling knowledge is reflected in his admirable racing results, validating his coaching of others. In addition, he is focused on nutrition and strength training, both of which are critical pieces in the Sport of Triathlon. Seth has proven easy to work with and flexible. He designs my training schedule within the time constraints I give him, and never pressures me to do more than I can handle in the busy lifestyle of mother, wife, and career person. He is dependable, and quickly responds to an e-mail if needed. His sense of humor helps pave the road during training’s inevitable ups and downs, and reminds me of the "big picture". I highly respect and trust Seth's judgment, and have consistently improved under his tutelage. I have evolved from a mediocre athlete to a proud member of Team USA attending the 2008 World Championships in both the Short and Long course distances. Thank you Seth for experiences beyond my wildest expectations!! Well done !!!! – Kim C., Kennebunkport, ME

Bringing it all Together Dr. Hosmer’s practice is definitely worth checking out. I went to Seth a few months ago for some serious on-the-bike alignment and muscle pain/fatigue issues. Seth was able to quickly diagnose the problems, provide treatment and exercises to help me with the musculo-skeletal issues, and make related adjustments to my bike fit. It was perfect (and seems almost essential) to have both chiropractic care and bike fit all in one place, and having a practitioner that is also a (very) competitive cyclist made a huge difference. –Joshua C., Portland, OR

If you feel out of whack on the bike or just want to make sure you are maximizing your power, Dr. Hosmer can help. He completely changed my fit to create a more efficient pedal stroke, and he also revamped my training program. There is a reason he is one of the best riders in the Oregon. Talk to him about coaching and get a bike fit. It's worth it. –Aaron C., Tigard, OR

HPC Treatment Results There is no such thing as too much publicity for something that works. I had a really debilitating knee surgery last year that had me off the bike for about 13 months. With numerous referrals, physical therapy sessions, massage, chinese medicine and other rehabilitation services, I should have been better and racing. But I wasn't. I don't know why I waited so long to talk to Dr. Hosmer. His individual attention to his patients, his cutting-edge medical and technological innovations for treatments, his informative approach to biomechanics of bike and body, and his own personal experience and knowledge as a coach, cyclist and former triathlete all combine for effective and real RESULTS. After having worked with him for a relatively short time, my knee pain has disappeared for good, and through his coaching, I feel like this will be my strongest season ever. Whether it's nagging joint pain, questions about racing, wanting to get in touch with the modern marvels of advanced training, or whatever - this is your guy. –Andrea F., Portland, OR
