CrossFit participants often struggle with irritations to old injuries or they may not have the flexibility or mobility needed to safely and effectively progress with weightlifting moves like overhead squats, snatches, thrusters or the clean and jerk. We can identify what may be limiting your movement or potential and help you fix any gaps. When it comes to CrossFit, we commonly treat:

  • Mobility issues related to the hips, spine or shoulders
  • Kettlebell-swing-related low back pain
  • Shoulder pain with overhead lifts
  • Any low back pain issues associated with the various lifts

We have a CrossFit rig, along with bars, boxes and bumper plates, onsite so we can watch you perform specific exercises, such as the front rack, to determine how pain may be tied to a mobility issue. Moreover, one of our rehab experts is a certified CrossFit coach and we can also recommend exercises and self-care techniques that can help you maintain better form and reduce the likelihood of injuries.
