Goodbye Dr. Brayko!

By: Jen Goff-Hawkins

It is with mixed emotions that I am writing to tell you that I will be leaving Hosmer Chiropractic Health and returning to my home state, Montana. I have been recruited by a group of seasoned doctors, entrepreneurs and investors to participate in a start-up clinic prototype. The intention behind the project is to foster the continued emergence of naturopathic medicine within an integrative setting as replicable, sustainable business model. I feel very fortunate to have been offered this opportunity both professionally and personally.

I cannot express enough, my gratitude to you, and appreciate your trust in me with regards to your journey towards greater health.

I will be seeing patients through the third week in February and would like to take that opportunity to address any current concerns and assist you with future recommendations. In order to make the transition as effortless as possible for you, I will be keeping my Oregon license and will be available for telemedicine appointments (phone, facetime), thru July. I would also encourage you to establish care with another Naturopath in the area, as there are many wonderful ones. I can highly recommend:

  • Dr. David Chang ND, LAc at Kwan-Yin Healing Arts Center – 2330 NW Flanders St #101
  • The physicians at LUCHS Natural Medicine – 2230 NW Pettygrove St. – Suite #140 2230 NW PETTYGROVE STREET Suite #140

You will be able to continue to refill your supplements through Fullscript, our online dispensary. I will also be happy to continue to refill any prescriptions that I receive via the request of the pharmacy you are working with through July.

My contact information after February will be:

Natura Health and Wellness Clinic

1805 Bancroft  Ave. РMissoula, MT

Thank you for your understanding and support. I wish you the very best!

With deep gratitude,

Krista Brayko, N.D.
