This video shows some simple techniques and variations that can be performed to gain a more organized spine, and challenge your hip and shoulder mobility, once you are able to drop into a deep squat.
Use this video to continue building on your cook squat and bottom of the squat mobility. Your squat does not have to look perfect to use these exercises, just do them to the best of your capabilities, and your squat will improve!
