What’s up Paleo! How’s that posture coming along? Do you look like you should be hunting a wooly mammoth? Do you find your knuckles are about to start dragging on the ground? Listen: just because you eat paleo doesn’t mean you have to look paleo. Maybe this simple chest stretch is in order. You just need a wall, and the desire not to look like you belong in a diorama at the Natural History Museum next to a sabertooth tiger. This stretch targets the chest, anterior shoulders, and even the biceps, to help with posture, athletic performance, and possibly numbness and tingling in the hands.
