After thoughtful consideration, we have made the decision to consolidate our East Burnside clinic into our Pearl District, Multnomah Village, and Oregon City locations. Wednesday, December 31, 2025, will be the last day of operations at East Burnside.
This shift allows us to continue providing the high-quality, patient-centered care you expect from us. As insurance reimbursements have become increasingly restrictive in both coverage and rates, maintaining multiple locations at the level of excellence we hold ourselves to has become unsustainable. Consolidating our clinics ensures we can continue offering transformative, evidence-based care while supporting our team with the resources they need to do their best work.
If you currently have an appointment scheduled at East Burnside after December 31, 2025, our Patient Care Coordinators will be in touch regarding next steps. Whenever possible, we will keep your appointment day and time the same. Only the location, and occasionally your provider, may change.
In regards to current East Burnside providers, Dr. Sam Sisto-Lopez will be stepping away from practice at the end of the month to spend time with his family, and Haley Greenstein, LMT, will be taking a parental leave. Both deeply value the relationships they have built with their patients, and we will work together to support a seamless transition of your care.
