Ah, the pec muscles. Don’t get me wrong, the chest is one of my favorite muscles to work. However, they can wreak havoc on your upper body if they get too active and tight. And, don’t kid yourself thinking, “Well, I’m not some bench press fanatic. My pecs are perfect!”  I have yet to meet anyone in my 19 years in the health and fitness industry that didn’t have tight pec minor muscles.
