The Wall Squat for Increased Squat Depth
If you’re looking to increase your squat depth, look no further! Doing this exercise regularly (even if you are good at squatting) allows you to become more flexible in areas that are restricting your squat range of motion because they are to tight, while simultaneously increasing strength in weaker muscles that equally inhibit your squat because they are inactive and under trained.
