Insurance & Billing
We handle the headache.
We are in-network with the following insurance companies:
If your insurance plan isn’t listed above, we are out-of-network. You can find out what that means in our FAQ below.

Not sure if you have private health insurance coverage?
You are not alone. Many patients have insurance plans with unclear alternative healthcare benefits. Because it’s so important to understand your out-of-pocket responsibilities prior to receiving care, we will contact your insurance company before your appointment to get the rundown of your benefits.
Making your appointment at least 48 hours in advance gives our insurance specialists adequate time to get this information from your insurance provider before your appointment.

While we are out-of-network with all other health insurances, there are many insurers we work with that offer out-of-network chiropractic benefits, such as United Healthcare. We are happy to contact your insurance provider to see what is covered!
Insurance plans we do not accept:
- Aetna
- Cigna Healthcare
- Health Net
- International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) Plan through First Choice Health Network
- Kaiser Permanente
- Medicaid
- Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
- TRICARE
If your primary insurance is Medicare, please contact us to discuss what is covered.
Please note: We work diligently to verify your coverage before your appointment. However, if we are unable to verify your insurance benefits by the time you come in for treatment, you will be charged a placeholder fee of $250 at the time of your appointment. This fee will be refunded if your insurance subsequently covers your visit.
Were you injured in a car accident?
Oregon is a “no-fault” state when it comes to car accidents, and all auto insurance policies carry personal injury protection (PIP) coverage. This means that regardless of who was at fault, your medical treatment will be covered by your auto policy’s PIP coverage, usually at no cost to you! Learn more about what to do after an auto accident injury.
- The first step is to file a claim with your auto insurance company.
- Next, you schedule an appointment with us for treatment.
- Scheduling is easy! We will need the name of your insurance company, the claim number, and the name and contact information for your adjustor. We will handle the rest.
Please note: We do not bill third party claims that are pending settlement to pay for your medical treatment.

Our chiropractors are here to help you recover from your workplace injury. However, workers compensation regulations in the State of Oregon are complicated and your treatment may not be covered at our clinic. Please, contact us with the details of your injury, and we will help find out if your treatment will be covered.

No insurance? No problem!
