Brandy Lund (She/Her)
LMT #26295 | Multnomah Village
Brandy has spent over 20 years exploring the relationship between the body, mind, and spirit, and the many ways we return to a sense of balance and well-being. A graduate of Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2016, she made her way to Portland in 2020, drawn to the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and its abundant rivers, forests, and coastline.
Her approach to massage is deeply nurturing, intuitive, and rhythmic, blending therapeutic techniques with a sensitivity to the body’s subtle rhythms and needs. Specializing in women’s health and prenatal care, Brandy draws from myofascial release, biodynamic touch, trigger point and craniosacral therapy, to support pain relief, nervous system regulation, and deep restoration.
What Brandy loves most about her work is creating an experience where people feel genuinely cared for. She believes that when the body feels safe enough to soften, the nervous system settles, tension releases, and our natural sense of balance and vitality returns.
Beyond the massage table, Brandy is a mother of three daughters, a lover of dance, meaningful conversation, intimate dinners with friends, and adventures in nature. She finds joy in traveling, exploring other cultures, and the simple pleasures of being fully alive.
Please note, Brandy only treats female patients.
