I know, I know – it is tough to say that something is the “best” but in this case it is 100% TRUE!!!  There is no other way that we know of to improve all ranges of motion of your shoulder joint AND your scapulothoracic joint AND your Thoracic spine AND your rib cage all in one routine.  It also illustrates why most shoulder stretches fall short of this one – they do not use the full available range of motion or accessory motions that are critical for restoring normal shoulder function.  Try it out and let us know what you think!
