Threading the Needle Exercise

Most people will suffer with spine stiffness from time to time, and so having a stretch ready to go for these times can be helpful. Even better – keep the stretch in your regular routine to keep that flexibility improving. We like this stretch better than the typical spine twist as it begins the stretch “top down,” with the stretch starting between your shoulders and works downwards. Many people find Threading the Needle a better and more comfortable way to target spine stiffness.
