Whether you’re new to massage or been seeing one for a long time, I alway encourage open communication and prioritize fostering a safe and comfortable space for all. I tend to incorporate a variety of techniques in each session to best suit the patients preferences and treatment goals, including but not limited to Swedish, deep tissue, cupping/vacuum therapy, myofascial release, PNF stretching, and trigger point therapy. Addressing the body as a whole unit working together allows my clients to get the most out of their sessions and address the underlaying issues at hand as well as focus on the area that is feeling the most discomfort. Outside of the treatment room, I am a compassionate nanny and lifelong animal lover with two kitties and a rescue pup that I absolutely adore!

“Emily is an amazing massage therapist. She does an excellent job of asking and listening to what is going on with my body, suggesting a treatment plan, executing the plan, and responsive to my feedback. She is one of the best massage therapists of the many I have worked with. I continue to come to Hosmer to work with her. Hosmer is very lucky to have her.”
