Heather Schultz (She/Her)
LMT #25063 | Oregon City
Heather Schultz has been practicing massage therapy since 2011, bringing over a decade of experience and a deeply compassionate approach to her work. She began her training at the Texas Healing Arts Institute in Austin, Texas, where she cultivated a strong foundation in therapeutic touch and body awareness. For five years, Heather honed her skills in the spa industry, developing a refined sense of how to combine relaxation and clinical techniques to create lasting results for her clients.
In 2016, Heather relocated to Portland, Oregon, where she continued her education at the Oregon School of Massage and earned her Oregon licensure. Her integrative style reflects the many modalities she has studied throughout her career, including myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish, trigger point therapy, Esalen-style bodywork, and lymphatic drainage. Each session is customized to the individual, blending these techniques to address both structural imbalances and the body’s need for rest and recovery.
Heather’s personal journey with injury and chronic health challenges has shaped her philosophy as a massage therapist. With a firsthand understanding of how pain can impact daily life, she is dedicated to helping others find relief, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies. Her sessions emphasize presence, patience, and healing through mindful touch — qualities that have become the heart of her practice.
In her free time, you’ll probably find Heather crafting, cooking, enjoying disc golf, or playing with her little dog, Colette.
