Jack Radcliffe (He/Him)
LMT #28146 | CA #10282 | Pearl District | Multnomah Village
Jack graduated with a B.S. of Kinesiology in 2017. During his education he was intrigued by the multifaceted systems of the human body working together to create and coordinate movement patterns. In the years following his undergraduate degree, he travelled across Northern America exploring his passion for rock climbing. During this time he arrived upon a crossroads in his life — while he had developed a strong relationship with his body in the sense of athletics, he felt disconnected from himself emotionally and spiritually. He recognized that for much of his childhood and young adult life he hadn’t developed a capacity to truly know himself. When Jack enrolled at East West College of the Healing Arts it was the beginning of a journey back into his body — a body that is eco-centric in its relationship to the world and Self.
Jack practices a style of massage therapy that he recognizes as Structural Integration. This is a treatment-oriented approach working to help facilitate and support change in the musculo-fascial-skeletal system. It works in tandem with the proprioceptive physiology found in the central and peripheral nervous system to help bring positive change to the body. His work is collaborative, and its aim is to support equanimity in the body as a whole.
In 2025, Jack participated in the Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy program in Alberta, Canada. Hakomi is an experiential psychotherapy that uses mindfulness and somatic interventions to heal attachment wounds and developmental trauma. It draws from General Systems Theory and body-centered therapies including Reichian work, Bioenergetics, Gestalt, Feldenkrais, Structural Integration, Neurolinguistic Programming, Buddhism, and Taoism.
He is currently enrolled in the IDA-Structural Integration program.
Jack is a lifelong learner. He incorporates principles of ecology, biological self-organization, somatic and ecopsychology, structural integration, and mindfulness into his bodywork practice.
“If the world is to be healed through human efforts, it will be by ordinary people whose love for this life is even greater than their fear.” – Joanna R. Macy
