How it works:

  • Refer a friend to Hosmer Chiropractic for a chiropractic appointment. (This offer is not valid for massage referrals.) 
  • When your friend books an appointment and mentions your name as the referral source (either in person or on their intake form), we’ll send you a gift card for a one-hour massage.
  • That’s it! You can use your gift card to schedule your massage with any provider at any of our four Hosmer Chiropractic locations.
