If you’ve ever wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated or unsure where to start, this class is for you.

Yoga Basics for Beginners is a welcoming, supportive introduction to yoga—designed for every body and all levels of ability. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after a break, this class will meet you exactly where you are.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years, teaching for the last 15, and working as a massage therapist for two decades. That experience has taught me how to help people connect with their bodies in a safe, supportive way without pressure or judgment.

In this class, we’ll take our time exploring foundational poses, learning how to use props for comfort and strength, and building confidence in both body and mind. Props and mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. We will also set aside time for Q&A.

Class size is limited to 10 participants to ensure personalized attention.

As one of my teachers used to say:
“Saying you’re not flexible enough to do yoga is like saying you are too dirty to take a bath.”

I’d love for you to join me in the Pearl for this grounding and empowering experience. Space is limited—register today!
