Celeste has been practicing massage therapy since 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from The University of North Texas. In 2009, she completed both a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 500-hour Yoga Therapy Program.
Celeste’s massage approach emphasizes structural alignment, supported by her detailed knowledge of mind-body systems and anatomy. She is experienced in addressing chronic pain, injuries, and trauma. Her specialties include myofascial release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) and Muscle Energy Technique (MET), non-aggressive deep tissue techniques, TMJ and pelvic floor protocols, trauma-Informed care.
